Ryan: “My path into aviation wasn’t exactly

know them and spent a lot of time picking

interested in it, but I hadn’t really considered
it as a career. Then a former colleague
started at Wheels Up and told me what the
business was doing, and I was hooked. A
month later, I joined. The company was just
eight months old, and now I’m in my twelfth
year here. It was fast-paced and rewarding
from the get-go, and the deeper I got into it,
the more it became a true passion.”
